Prepare for your session, by ensuring that you are properly hydrated. I usually recommend adding a small pinch of sea salt under your tongue when you drink water to aid absoprtion.
Come to your session with loose, comfortable clothing that can easily be rolled up to expose your feet and lower legs.
It’s also a good idea to arrive a few minutes early to your session to allow time to relax and prepare yourself mentally for the treatment. As reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, make sure your feet are clean and free from any open wounds or infections.
